Cop Flips Over Silat Video
Does your local law-enforcement officer know how to do back flips?  If not, have him watch Bob Orlando's Fighting Arts of Indonesia: Combat Secrets of Silat and Kuntao.  He'll be flipping like an Olympic gymnast after he watches this video.  Larry Adams did.

Adams, an officer with a major Southern California law-enforcement agency, gave the video a "9."  So you know it's good.

"He [Orlando] doesn't really concentrate on techniques as much as he does on concepts," says Adams.  "And he has some very practical ideas."

One of the concepts is gyroscopic rotation.  According to Adams, this is a good way to generate more power in your techniques.  Orlando also covers adhesion, whiplash, and seating and shearing.

The video goes for $39.95 and is available through Paladin Press.  For more information, call (800)466-6868.

Our emphasis is on the practical.
